MemberHi Jessica. Thanks for the link.
Here’s a video I made for you demonstrating your issue (white text color on white background color): http://cl.ly/2X26282F0K0D
And here’s some CSS that can undo that white-on-white:
/* Community Events Submit Button */ #tribe-community-events.form .tribe-events-community-footer input[type=submit] { color: #fff; background-color: #3578b5; /* blue color from site header area */ }You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file or via a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or, my favorite, Jetpack. Jetpack supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors.
If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi Rachel. Sorry you and your site users are experiencing this; it’s a yucky type error!
Looking at http://thelakecountrymom.com/submit-your-event/, I immediately noticed this console error: http://cl.ly/101M0G3W2X37
However, as the page took a long time to finish loading, it eventually ended up displaying this before I ever navigated the page: http://cl.ly/2q1N31463z1r
Once that submit-your-event page was done loading, I clicked the link to the actual Community Events form at http://thelakecountrymom.com/events/community/add and then didn’t see any Chrome Console errors — but I’d still recommend disabling that plugin or custom script or getting those issues resolved ASAP.
I tried submitting an event with as little information as possible (here’s the video — you don’t have to watch it), and I saw this is the issue: http://cl.ly/1e0M1q163d2Q
===
Since this isn’t the default behavior, I’m going to suggest our default troubleshoot method:
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
P.S. I grew up in the Waterford, WI area! 🙂

MemberHi Tim. Thanks for your detailed question.
I think Event Tickets Plus will get you all the way or very nearly all the way there (without the need for Gravity Forms).
If there is anything missing (or you decide you need some additional functionality/customization), please reference our list of known customizers.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks!

MemberHi. Thanks for your question.
Can I ask why you’re not just enabling the Week View for the calendar? You can direct-link to it by adding
/weekto the end, like this:http://example.com/events/week/Anyway, wherever you’re needing a little CSS help, please provide a link so I can check it out for you.
Thanks.

MemberHi John. Thanks for considering our plugins.
Our Community Events add-on allows your site visitors to add new events to your site’s events calendar.
We do not currently have any way to support a Bookings sort of setup, but you can vote for the existing feature request for it.
The closest thing we may have in the works might be our ticketing plugin having support for our calendar plugin’s PRO recurring events, but I’m unsure when that’ll be released.
Please let me know if you think I can be of further assistance.
P.S. Next time, please use the account associated with your past purchase of PRO. 🙂
Cliff
MemberHi Manuel. Thanks for considering our plugins.
I’m unclear what you’re trying to accomplish, and our PRO add-on doesn’t include any contact form. In fact, I think the only add-on for The Events Calendar we have that includes front-end interaction from your users would be Community Events, which is for your site visitors to add new events.
Please provide a full example or other information to help me better assist you with your question.
FYI: We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them if you prefer to just try them out.
Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see your Event Tickets Plus isn’t at the latest version. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Andrew. Thanks for your question.
These are our plugins’ widgets and shortcodes.
If the shortcode you’re wanting doesn’t exist there, you could create your own but this would be in the realm of personal customization.
However, I can point you to a function I think you might need to use for this: tribe_the_next_event_link()
Please let me know if you think I can be of further assistance.

MemberHani, sorry it’s not being straight-forward for you.
I don’t know about a local .po file for your own site, but did you check out our translation site, see if we have Arabic, and add some translations there if they were missing any/all of them?
Cliff
MemberThanks for the detailed information, Alexander.
That error is coming from Advanced Custom Fields, not from our plugins. I assume with that plugin disabled everything’s working fine?
So at this point, is there anything regarding our plugins we can help with?
Cliff
MemberHi Vivianne. Thanks for trying that other code.
Here’s code that worked for me (see links to screenshots in the code snippet’s comments):

Please let me know how things go for you.

MemberGlad to help! 🙂
Cliff
MemberHi Antonio Jose. I’ve been told that the WordPress.org translation has now been approved. Therefore, it should be part of our next release, whenever that is (typically every 1-3 weeks).
Please let me know if I can do anything else for you at this time.
Cliff
MemberSorry I missed your system info before. Thanks for that.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this (you may need to create a new event to test if it’s working).
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
