Recurring Events – Bi-Weekly

Hi All:
I have a bi-weekly recurring event which isn’t working properly. I’ve done all the steps you suggested in your help guides and I still can’t make the event appear every two weeks. Only the first occurrence appears.

Hi Jeanine. Sorry you’re having this issue.

I’d suggest creating a new event with the same recurrence pattern and see if that one works.

If it still does not work, please share your System Information.

Let us know what you find. 🙂

I’ve already done that. Just to be clear, bi-weekly I mean twice a month.
And…maybe it was confusing but I included my system information in the original request for help.

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this (you may need to create a new event to test if it’s working).
