MemberHi Stefan.
Unfortunately, this is a current bug. 🙁
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
P.S. You may want to check out this additional information for a possible (but risky) workaround.

MemberHi Stefan. Sorry things aren’t perfectly clear in this area.
The Map View only displays events assigned to a Venue that has geocoordinates.
Additionally, if multiple events are assigned to the same Venue, our mapping doesn’t currently have “clustering” (e.g. “4 events at this pin” and “2 events at that other Venue”)
If this doesn’t fully clarify the issue for you, please provide additional information (links and screenshots are always helpful).
Thanks!

MemberHi Lynn.
I believe I understand what you’re asking for, but we’re limited in helping with customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. However, I can suggest that you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
Sorry I can’t help more on this customization. I hope you get it sorted okay.

MemberHi Teme. Sorry you’re experiencing this issue. To be clear, is this an issue with the Event Tickets plugin?
My guess is that things will work as expected when you switch to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen, TwentySixteen, etc.
If this is the case, please contact your theme author for support.
But, to be sure, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins, WordPress core, and your theme are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberYes, it should be in its enclosing folder this time.
And it probably isn’t working because the plugin got deactivated. Please activate the plugin after installing it properly (unzipping and uploading into its enclosing folder or using the WP plugin uploader/installer).
Let me know how it goes.
Cliff
MemberThanks for the screenshots.
This CSS should help:
.tribe-events-adv-list-widget .tribe-mini-calendar-event .list-date { background-color: blue; }If you have any follow-up questions, please provide a link to view the widget you’re wanting customized.

MemberThanks for doing that extra testing. How odd!
Watching your screencast video again, I noticed after you moved the theme template file in place you just clicked Refresh while still at the site.com/event-slug/tickets/ page.
Could you instead reload the site.com/event-slug/ page after placing the theme template file, then click the View Your RSVPs link to get to the /tickets page directly (instead of clicking Refresh)?
Thanks for testing this out so thoroughly.
Cliff

Here’s some information from one of our support team members that may help if you can’t wait for a the fix (not guaranteed to fix the issue and you could definitely lose data):
I started investigating the wp_options table after upgrading to 4.2 and here’s what I found:
- On one install, I had the Redirection plugin installed. For some unknown reason, this automatically generated a bunch of random redirections which in turn impacted the redirection and rewrite_rules rows
- Secondly, the tribe_events_calendar_options row was being duplicated
So here is what I did to fix the issue (using phpMyAdmin and after a database backup):
- I deactivated our plugins
- I deleted the redirection and rewrite_rules rows in the wp_options table
- I deleted both rows for tribe_events_calendar_options in the wp_options table
- I reactivated our plugins
- Set my permalinks to postname and re-saved them
In certain cases, you might have to go a bit overboard and also delete any other tribe_ rows that could be in there

MemberSorry about the troubles your site is experiencing.
I suggested deactivating Seamless Donations due to it displaying a PHP Warning (and it looks like it’s using PHP Sessions), which can complicate the troubleshooting process.
Our plugin’s “PUE” PHP Notice is a lower-priority issue (Warnings are worse than Notices). We will be fixing that issue in our next update so that notice should go away then.
That information should explain both of those PHP messages showing up. Am I correct that the overall issue to be resolved is these messages appearing throughout your site?
If yes, please disable display of these messages by adding this to your wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', false );If that doesn’t solve the issue for you, would you mind grabbing your system information and pasting it here? Make sure to use the “Set as private reply” checkbox to protect your private information from the public.
You can find the system info by going to WP Admin > Events > Settings > Help tab > System Information section
Full details are available at our System Information KB article
That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Cliff
MemberAshleigh,
I actually updated the Listing venues and organizers KB article to become version 1.1 of this plugin, which adds additional features, which are documented at that link.
Please delete the plugin you have installed at your site, download this new version from that KB article, and go onward and upward once you’re using the latest/greatest version!
Let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi Rhonda. Thanks for your question.
Are you referring to the gray in the widget, like this: http://cl.ly/2d2M2F1f053p?
If yes, please check out PRO’s Color Customizer. If that’s too broad a scope for what you’re wanting to customize, please provide me a link to the widget in use and I can provide a CSS snippet.
Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this, and thanks for the screenshot.
My local testing site doesn’t have this issue: http://cl.ly/2d2M2F1f053p
I believe this was a recently-fixed bug.
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, could you please provide screenshots of your widget settings? That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thank you.
