Problems with latest update

We have updated our site (inside a cloned version !!!) before role out, and have noted a severe disadvantage with the tickets update.

Please notice the two pages:

The “update01” is the cloned version, and with this the user CANNOT register with name and email. Furthermore, our translations have disappeared…

Please assist us.

Hi Teme. Sorry you’re experiencing this issue. To be clear, is this an issue with the Event Tickets plugin?

My guess is that things will work as expected when you switch to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen, TwentySixteen, etc.

If this is the case, please contact your theme author for support.

But, to be sure, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins, WordPress core, and your theme are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

It appears that for some reason you have added a CSS rule in the rsvp.mini.css file with

.tribe-tickets-meta-row {
    display: none;
}

When I disengage this I get my name and email fields back. Why was I not notified about this change when you rolled this out?

In addition, why did I loose my Danish translations with the latest roleout?

This is how I remember it working since Event Tickets was released.

Your CSS customization may be what you need to accommodate your theme, which is just fine.

Please let me know if there’s anything more I can do for you at this time.
