    Hi Steve.

I believe I understand what you’re asking for, but we’re limited in helping with customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. However, I can try to help point you in the right direction.

I visited your page and saw this: https://cl.ly/0i2v2I3d1a1J

    • it looks like your widget is all left-aligned
    • for the “View More” bullet, are you wanting it removed only for this widget’s output or for all implementations for the Event List widget output?

For your other 2 links, you said you have an issue with the display, but what, specifically, are the issues?

Per our  Scope of Support / Terms, we only provide support via forums.

Your calendar link is now resulting in a 500 error instead of a DNS error: https://cl.ly/142Q3Y2E2d0c

Therefore, now that your site isn’t throwing a DNS error, please follow my previous reply’s troubleshooting steps.

Please let me know if it clears things up for you.

    Hi Andy.

Our Event Tickets Plus add-on does add the Attendee Meta / Attendee Information functionality, even for free RSVP tickets.

    Here’s a screenshot of ET+ RSVP for a quantity of 2 tickets: https://cl.ly/0F0c0k2u0G0X

We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Thanks for those details.

On my local testing site, I switched my WordPress language to German, visited a Single Event page, and couldn’t replicate the issue when running an unmodified version of Twenty Fifteen theme with all other plugins deactivated: https://cl.ly/213S0L323v1Q

And here’s a screenshot of List View: https://cl.ly/0f0i3M1r2Z1N

FYI: I tried both Twenty Fifteen (the screenshots) and Twenty Sixteen (no screenshots) and the dates appeared the same for both List View and Single Event pages.

Therefore, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    2 items for clarification:

    1. I was mistaken: the Events Calendar widget is only available in PRO; there isn’t a free version of that widget.)
    2. If the PRO plugin is active, it should work regardless of whether or not you’ve entered your license key for PRO in the plugin’s settings screen.

    Hi Josh.

We cannot CC anyone else’s emails. Forum replies only go to the email address setup in Your Account so you can edit that if needed.

To answer your question, the plugin already provides this functionality at wp-admin > Events > Settings > “Clean up recurring events after ___ months”

If, instead, you’re wanting to delete events that are not part of a recurrence series, here are some ideas that you could further investigate to see if they work for your needs:

    • add your own code that leverages wp_delete_post()
    • use a plugin from W.org (I’ve heard of Bulk Delete but cannot vouch for it)
    • Install our Advanced Post Manager plugin and make it a practice to manually delete events that fall within a certain time period

Please note that if you are going to be deleting posts, you need to be careful to check if they are part of a recurrence series (made up of a parent post with many child posts) because you don’t want to delete the parent post (the series) and make the child posts (each occurrence) orphans.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

Hi. Thanks for your purchase and detailed question. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

From your .mp4 video, I could tell (from experience) that your ticket never actually saved. If it would have saved, the ticket editing boxes would have closed, but in your video they stayed open.

Since what you described is not a known bug, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

I tried to visit that link but it looks like your DNS settings (probably with GoDaddy) aren’t correct: https://cl.ly/0W301D2b2W0d

Once you get your DNS working so your site loads…

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

Please reference TEC Manual Updates (what you’ll likely need to do, except for The Events Calendar core/free plugin)

Or, you could just delete The Events Calendar plugin via wp-admin > Plugins.

Deleting The Events Calendar or its add-on plugins will NOT delete any of your data if you delete it via the WordPress plugin manager because that’s how we’ve decided to code our plugin.

FYI: deleting any plugin via FTP or cPanel’s File Manager (i.e. deleting just the files from the server) will also ensure a plugin gets deleted (if you delete the entire plugin folder) without removing any data from the database. This can sometimes be helpful to know in cases where a plugin does run an uninstall routine to delete data (again, our plugins do not run such a routine at this time and probably never will).

You can also see the difference when you click to delete a plugin, like this.

Please let me know if you get TEC core updated successfully.

Hi. Thanks for your interest in our plugins. We believe they provide good/great value for the price, especially compared to custom coding something yourself or increasing visitors’ user experience.

While we don’t have any additional discounts active at this time, you can subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media (both are in the footer of our website).

We do offer pre-built Bundles, which some of our customers have found to be a great way to get several of our plugins at a “bulk purchase” discount.

Please reference our Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations? article if you think it may apply to you.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi.

To send events from Site B and Site C to Site A, you could use our iCal Importer add-on, which can assign a category to all events imported per iCal URL.

Therefore, at Site A, you could have the following:

To be clear, this setup isn’t any different on multisite vs importing from sites on other domains.

    ===

If you want each site’s iCal URL to output more than just the current month’s events: here’s an installable .zip file (install it at your Plugins screen) that adds two URLs:

    1. example.com/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=recently-published
    2. example.com/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=year

The first is useful when folks are trying to use the iCal importer to pull events from one website to another. It will contain any recently published or modified events. Note: It is subject to the postsperpage setting in WP-Admin > Events > Settings.

The second exports this year’s events (from January through December).

If preferable, there’s a code snippet to share just the events one year out from today. Let me know if this plugin works for you or if you want the code for exporting one year from today.
