ParticipantHi… I just got off the phone with GoDaddy and they had a look through my site etc. and are unable to help me… they also asked me to tell you that there is enough space allocated to the events page.
If you go to http://www.ariontherapeutic.farm/events/month/ the page is rendering blank. I’ve been surfing through the forum. I changed my display a couple of times, reset my permalink… NOTHING IS WORKING. Also, while on the topic, the events page ALWAYS loads very slow.
Can you please help ASAP?
I actually thought that paid accounts could call a human.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I tried to visit that link but it looks like your DNS settings (probably with GoDaddy) aren’t correct: https://cl.ly/0W301D2b2W0d
Once you get your DNS working so your site loads…
What you described is not a known bug so I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (like you did initially but this time while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantDNS?? The rest of the site loads… just not the EVENTS page. I’m so frustrated with this right now… I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE so I can resolve this in moments rather than days!!!
and what email do you use to notify us of a response to this… it just took me 10 minutes to find this thread again.

MemberPer our Scope of Support / Terms, we only provide support via forums.
Your calendar link is now resulting in a 500 error instead of a DNS error: https://cl.ly/142Q3Y2E2d0c
Therefore, now that your site isn’t throwing a DNS error, please follow my previous reply’s troubleshooting steps.

ParticipantWe’ve been trying to fix the problem with the events calendar plugin. The problem seems to be that when we deleted events, the db still kept them somewhere… so the plugin was showing over 25000 records when we only had about 6 active.
We deleted the plugin and tried to reinstall and the 25000 records would still pop up and we believe this is why the calendar went down. When we install the plugin into a subfolder we seem to be able to make it work but this doesn’t seem like something we should have to do.
I’m really struggling to fix this and feel its become a much larger issue than it should be. Can you please help.

MemberAgain, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.
There were one or more releases since our last interaction. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
It’s hard to tell if this is your issue or not, but, once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please do strongly consider trying out this temporary plugin fix for runaway recurring events (a bug introduced in version 4.2.2 and fixed within a few days via version 4.2.2.1).
Please let me know how it goes for you (which one did you use?) or if you didn’t use either.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
