MemberHi Kevin. I’m Cliff, jumping in here for Geoff to help with your specific issue regarding Google Maps.
I reviewed your messages in this thread and want to be clear what our aim is. My understanding is that you are using another plugin for Google Maps throughout your site for non-Event pages and wanting to use our plugin’s native functionality on the Events pages (single and archives). Is this correct?
If yes, could you please re-state what our current status is / what the remaining unresolved issues are?
Thank you.

MemberI see in the code you initially posted that you commented out the last line. Does your code work as desired if you un-comment it?

MemberTate, to be clear, are you referring to PRO’s Additional Fields or WordPress’ custom fields?
If you’re talking about PRO’s Additional Fields, they are available via Filter Bar. Here’s a video demonstrating that: https://cl.ly/1N301c3h332y
However, if you’re wanting the free-form search box in either the Tribe Bar or the Filter Bar to include results from PRO’s Additional Fields and/or WordPress’ custom fields, that functionality does not exist. If this is what you’re wanting, you might want to re-word your UserVoice idea to be more explicit in this regard.

MemberYou bet. Have a great Thursday!

MemberThe iCal format standard doesn’t support images unless included in the “ATTACH” parameter, like this: https://cl.ly/2A2b0M0j0j3h
To the best of my knowledge, our iCal Importer doesn’t import such attachments.
If you need some coding help to accomplish something custom, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberThanks for all the information and your efforts.
Your WP_DEBUG messages are from WooCommerce and your Jupiter theme. You may want to pass those along to those two’s support systems.
Since the odd display issue is only happening for the date, could you please screenshot your settings from wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display — https://cl.ly/26010m0J3a0t
Please also screenshot your wp-admin > Settings > General — https://cl.ly/0k1z2t0R2U1b

MemberOrla, I didn’t find that as an existing feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
Please do add your feature request there.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Once you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Could you please provide me your system information report while in Testing for Conflicts Mode (except with Divi active), leave your site in this state so I can test, and also send me a link to one your events that has a free ticket available on it so I can test purchasing it?
Cliff
MemberI understand. However, this isn’t something we’ve committed to / started yet developing so PayPal is the only option at this time if you want to accomplish split payment functionality with Community Tickets’ core functionality.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Cliff
MemberThanks for explaining.
As stated at the end of that forum link you included, any known/existing bugs were fixed a while back. There aren’t any known conflicts/issues at this time.
However, you’re right that their implementation of our widget only allows selecting a single category. And in my testing, selecting a single category doesn’t even save that setting.
I’d suggest passing this issue along to their support forum to ask, since there aren’t any WP_DEBUG messages generated from using the two plugins together.
As a workaround, I’d suggest using the shortcode version of that widget, like this:

MemberHi, James. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it, but here’s the information:
The pricing is available at each of those product pages:
- PRO: https://cl.ly/3f2O02211U2g ($349)
- Facebook Importer: https://cl.ly/3j1d2Q3O0603 ($199)
- Eventbrite Tickets: https://cl.ly/403S3K3F353o ($349)
Total of all 3 products’ Multisite-level licenses: $897
You can add all 3 of those items to your cart, checkout, and then submit a Refund Request for the PRO renewal you recently completed.
Please let me know if there’s anything more I can help with on this topic.

MemberHi, Brent. You can currently only use PayPal for Community Tickets split payments.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: Add Stripe to Community Tickets
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for the details.
Per our Scope of Support / Terms, we do not support such themes, and if they’re unwilling or unable to help resolve a bug with their code, that might be a sign you don’t want to commit to using it for the long-term.
Please let me know if you think there’s anything more I can help with on this.
Cliff
MemberHi. This is a known bug.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. (FYI: This bug has been around for months so there’s not a high likelihood that it gets fixed soon.)
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding.
