ParticipantWhen someone has purchased a ticket – a message appears: “You have 1 Tickets for this Event. View your Tickets ”
Yet the link for ‘View Your Tickets’ just reloads the page – the url it seems to be trying to get is the /event-url/tickets
It seems to be an issue with the theme because when I change to twentysixteen it works – I am using Divi, most up to date version.
Has anyone experienced this and figured out why a different theme is causing an issue with this?
Kind Regards,

MemberHi Orla. Thanks for your detailed question.
I tried Divi theme version 2.7.8 and the link from http://yoursite/event/event-title/ to http://yoursite/event/event-title/tickets/ worked just fine.
I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (leave Divi active and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thank you for your reply. I have updated all plugins, core & theme. I also deactivated all plugins except The Events Calendar plugins & Woocommerce and the issue still persisted. The only way I have been able to resolve it is by using twentysixteen but that is not an option.
Ideally I would love if clients could edit their Attendee information directly from My Account > Orders as that would be more logical and straight forward. Is it possible to add the edit attendee information section to individual order pages in My Account?
Kind Regards,

MemberOrla, I didn’t find that as an existing feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
Please do add your feature request there.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Once you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Could you please provide me your system information report while in Testing for Conflicts Mode (except with Divi active), leave your site in this state so I can test, and also send me a link to one your events that has a free ticket available on it so I can test purchasing it?

ParticipantI just checked in on this after a week and the link seems to be working now for some reason.
Very strange but thank you for your help.
