Cliff
MemberDanny, sorry you’re experiencing this and for the delayed reply, as we were mostly out last week and are always out during weekends.
I downloaded your iCal file from the link you shared, but I didn’t see all the same events from your latest screenshot.
Taking the April 4 “After-school Clique, 3rd-5th grades” event as a sample, I see in the iCal file:
DTSTART:20170404T190000Z DTEND:20170404T200000ZThe time format plus ending in “Z” equals “7pm to 8pm in UTC timezone”.
Since we’re in Daylight Savings Time (DST) as of this date–Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) is UTC-4–this would be equivalent to 3pm to 4pm EDT.
Are you now clear how the “Z” affects the time? If yes, if this timing is incorrect, you’ll need to address that issue with whomever authors / inputs the data to the iCal feed.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
April 3, 2017 at 8:21 pm in reply to: Daily imports do not work… License Type: 1000 Imports per Day #1263691Cliff
MemberI understand and have extended both of your licenses an additional 6 months. Hopefully you agree this is a good gesture toward your issues and helps you get through this with us, as there are some improvements for us to make here (e.g. logging on the service-side of the Event Aggregator usage).
While we understand this is never fun when requested of a customer, I wonder if we could ask you to setup a clean/new/fresh WordPress install with no other running plugins and test if you can replicate what you’re experiencing at this fresh, new site.

MemberAndras, we surely appreciate your effort here! Thanks for the detailed reply.
If I correctly understood what you wrote previously, it sounded like you knew of other payment gateways that experience this issue as well. Could you please specify which other ones you’re able to reproduce this issue with?
Cliff
MemberI am not sure that document helps here, either, but thanks for it.
Re-saving Permalinks after each change…
I’d suggest deactivating WPML and see if things work. If it does, please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/ in detail and maybe you’ll be able to get it working.
If not, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberHi, Christine.
Welcome to WordPress customizing!
Best practice for adding custom code (like to implement a PHP snippet to modify The Events Calendar) is to create a functionality plugin, unless it’s something specific to your theme, in which case best practice is to make sure you’re using a child theme, then add the customization to your child theme’s functions.php file.
Note: do not include the opening <?php tag from the gist.
I hope this information helps!

MemberHi, Gergana.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Here’s a better thread to reference, where we got a bit further down the road with narrowing down the suspected issue: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/purchase-of-event-ticket-not-triggering-follow-up-email-campaign-2/
Please read through it all and let me know if it accurately describes your situation as well.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberNo worries at all; that’s what we’re here for.
I guess I’m glad we were at least really close. 🙂 I’d suggest still voting for that feature, though.
Have a great week.
March 24, 2017 at 8:09 pm in reply to: Purchase of Event Ticket Not Triggering Follow Up Email Campaign #1259886Cliff
MemberI watched the video.
So you’re saying that Ticket products do work unless you set FUE to only apply to specific Event Categories. In other words, if you do not set FUE to only apply to specific Event Categories and instead set it to work for All Products, then Ticket products do work with FUE, right?
Cliff
MemberThe woocommerce_email_enabled_wootickets filter from https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/emails/class-wc-email.php#L357 might be worth a shot… but it looks like it might hard-code it to ‘yes’ on that line…
Cliff
MemberI think I followed those steps accurately: https://cl.ly/3f3n1R2I161X (video cuts off at the end, sorry about that)
Maybe you need to set this to “never”: https://cl.ly/2P3A460n052P ?
Cliff
MemberThank you.
I visited and this works just fine for me:
body.single-tribe_events p.tribe-events-back { display: none !important; }However, this is really what you want (and doesn’t require the CSS):

Please let me know how this goes for you.
March 24, 2017 at 3:28 pm in reply to: Meta value _tribe_tickets_attendee_user_id incorrectly set #1259855Cliff
MemberAndras, thanks for clarifying.
I know it can be a chore, but we would ask for you to create a brand new site running only our plugins, WooCommerce, and DIBS and see if you can replicate it there.
If it does continue happening, maybe try replicating it with a different payment gateway so as to test if it is specific to DIBS.
Thanks for your efforts here.
March 24, 2017 at 3:24 pm in reply to: ical import duplicates import fields at the beginning of description #1259853Cliff
MemberDiane, such functionality is not available. Future imports can recognize a previously-imported Venue but do not match a pre-existing / manually-created one.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
