MemberThanks for explaining, Dave. We look forward to helping you more in the future, then! 🙂
To be clear, the info I shared applies to the free/core The Events Calendar without needing a paid add-on.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

MemberFor that “next step”, you could then reference our Themer’s Guide to change the order of each module’s loading.
Let me know how it goes.

MemberThank you for your detailed reply.
So is it correct you’re talking about the <title> in the <head> of the page — and only when loaded via Ajax?

MemberHi, William.
Yes, The Events Calendar is the free/core plugin that is required to be installed and active in order for our add-ons to operate.
For your update issue, please delete The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO plugins and install a fresh version via the wp-admin plugin installer.
Deleting The Events Calendar or its add-on plugins will NOT delete any of your data if you delete it via the WordPress plugin manager because that’s how we’ve decided to code our plugin.
FYI: deleting any plugin via FTP or cPanel’s File Manager (i.e. deleting just the files from the server) will also ensure a plugin gets deleted (if you delete the entire plugin folder) without removing any data from the database. This can sometimes be helpful to know in cases where a plugin does run an uninstall routine to delete data (again, our plugins do not run such a routine at this time and probably never will).
You can also see the difference when you click to delete a plugin, like this.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Doron.
I see you have both Events Calendar PRO and Community Events already.
If you have them both activated, you should be able to allow your Community Events users to use PRO features, like creating recurring events and inserting data for PRO’s Additional Fields at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Additional Fields tab.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

I replied to your application via email just a minute ago.
Please provide your modified/additional documentation there and our Non-Profit Program review team will then have it when they get to processing your request.

MemberHi, Jess.
We appreciate your PRO purchase, but PRO is not required to use the CSV importer.
You can find out all the details about the proper CSV file and format types at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Darren.
Users can subscribe to your calendar by going to an archive view (like Month View or List View) and copying the Export iCal button’s URL, such as http://wpshindig.com/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=month from our demo site.
Then, they could go to Google Calendar or iCalendar app and “subscribe” to this calendar by pasting the URL. Please reference https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37100 for additional information and let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

As a one-time courtesy, I will quickly answer your two questions
1)
You can reference this code snippet to customize the time interval:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/0e69539fc092d0c9e678
2)
It uses the Time settings from wp-admin > Settings > General (at /wp-admin/options-general.php) so please modify those settings.
