Applying for the charity offer for Events Calendar Pro

Dear Modern Tribe,

I have just submitted an application for your generous offer for charities for the Events Calendar Pro.

I am writing, because the application form only enabled me to upload one document of our charitbale status. However, we have had a change of name since our original document, so I would like to send you through the prrof of change of name – so that you have no doubt that that is us!

So I would like to attach them here. I will try to do it the way that was suggested, to keep it private.

However, I am not sure how to attach it here in a way that will be private. It says below “If you prefer not to share your files with the world then please be sure to set your reply as private.” However, I cannot find the place where I am able to set my reply to private. Could you please help me out to let me know how to set it as private?
