MemberHi, Craig. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
We do not offer phone support (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/phone-support/), but you’re welcome to share your needs with us here, and we can aim to answer each of your questions.
Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Lynn. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite. It seems there might be some confusion so please follow along here:
The Events Calendar is the main/core/free plugin that runs Events, Organizers, and Venues and includes several views (Event Single, List, Month, etc).
===
Community Events (CE) is a paid add-on to allow registered site users (or optionally anonymous site visitors) to create new events.
===
Event Tickets Plus (ET+) is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets (ET) plugin.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets. ET does allow displaying how many have RSVP’d.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. It could be displayed on their mobile device or they could print it like any other email. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.
You could also Display a List of Attendee’s Events.
If your tickets will be free, you don’t need QR code check-in, and you don’t need to collect additional information other than name and email address, you likely could just use the free/core Event Tickets plugin.

MemberHi, David. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Although there may be some areas to improve, yes, our plugins are accessible. We’ve invested quite a bit in this area, and if there’s something you find isn’t working quite right or not up to standards, we would work to resolve this as part of our https://theeventscalendar.com/release-schedule/

MemberHi, Natalie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
We don’t guarantee compatibility with other plugins, per our Scope of Support / Terms. However, I can suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Note that https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/ may prove helpful as well. (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us)
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If you still need assistance with this, please share (or re-share) your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.
That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, John. You posted in thePre-Sales area of our Help Desk from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it (or accidentally if you forgot to login first).
If you do have a paid account login with at least one current license, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
If you don’t have a paid account login, I’m afraid we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in the Pre-Sales area. If you’re using one of our free plugins, such as The Events Calendar or Event Tickets, you can request assistance on their respective WordPres.org Support Forums (we do not provide technical support for users there, either–only via our paid forums).
Possibly helpful reference: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-recaptcha-community-events/
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberSorry things still aren’t working. Did you receive my prior reply and follow one or all of the steps?
Cliff
MemberThanks for confirming. I was unsure since you said you had no other plugins active. If that’s correct, your theme must be the issue/conflict.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Cliff
MemberThanks for explaining. Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-rsvp-ticket-forms/
If that doesn’t work for you, you could use one or both of these filters:
- tribe_tickets_rsvp_tickets_form_hook
- tribe_tickets_commerce_tickets_form_hook
They are located in https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/4.7.5.1/src/Tribe/Tickets.php#L2070-L2095
Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/tips-working-wordpress-actions-filters/ if you are not sure how to get started with WordPress action and/or filter hooks.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberSome others have confirmed an issue with Eventbrite displaying in certain situations (after modified or if not the owner of the Eventbrite event).
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
