ParticipantHello,
I imported an event today and the iFrame is not appearing. I have all the plugins updated.
Please verify.

MemberHi, Manuel (and Darren). Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Note that https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/ may prove helpful as well. (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us)
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If you still need assistance with this, please share (or re-share) your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.
That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberPlease provide a link to the event on your site (where the Eventbrite iframe should be displaying) and the direct Eventbrite link (eventbrite.com/…)

ParticipantIf you have the “Eventbrite Tickets Extension: Additional Options” plugin installed. Try to deactivate the plugin and then update page in browser, the iframe should now show up. I confirmed it on one of my sites. I also noted that if the event were previously imported before update 4.5 it breaks. The solution for me was remove all imported events and reimport. Note that the new import doesn´t take original text formatting only text is imported and if you have any picture in your Eventbrite event it does not import either.

MemberHi, Manuel/Michael.
I got a more recent reply from another user at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/eventbrite-bookings-no-longer-visible/#post-1576620 that Eventbrite started working for them.
Is this still an issue for one or both of you?
(Michael, if this is an issue for you, please make sure to create your own separate thread.)

MemberSome others have confirmed an issue with Eventbrite displaying in certain situations (after modified or if not the owner of the Eventbrite event).
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi Darren & Michael,
I just wanted to let you know that we will include a fix – for the issue Cliff described – in our next maintenance release of our plugins which will be shipped next week.
However, we have packaged a temporary version of Eventbrite Tickets 4.5.1 with this specific fix so you can install in your site in the meantime.
Please open a new separate thread, referencing this one, so we can share the fix with you individually.
Thanks,

MemberHi There!
Just wanted to share with you that a new release of out plugins is out, including a fix for this issue.
Find out more about this release → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-for-the-week-29-july-2018/
We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience while we worked on this.
As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can make all plugin updates without disrupting the live site. Please update the plugins and let us know if the fix works for your site.
Best,
VictorAugust 23, 2018 at 9:35 am #1604195Support Droid
KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
