    Hi, Jason.

By default, if an event has tickets, the event cost will appear as the ticket price (or a range if there are multiple tickets for sale).

However, if you’d still like to re-add the Event Cost field, please use https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/display-the-event-cost-field-when-ticket-plugins-are-installed/

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Hi, Tony. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3762678-charge-for-event-submission-and-premium-featured-e

Please do add your vote there. This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

1: This isn’t possible by default.

2 and 3: The https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/hide-others-organizers-and-venues-in-community-events/ extension restricts users to only be able to use their own Venues and Organizers, but it doesn’t disallow them from creating more than 1 of each type.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    1)

For the line spacing issue, at first look I didn’t see anything majorly wrong with it, but you could try wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and/or “Events Template” options

Additionally, the styling might be coming from your theme.

    2)

Yes, the free Event Tickets handles RSVPs. Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms.

If your tickets will be free, you don’t need QR code check-ins, and you don’t need to collect additional information other than name and email address, you likely could just use the free/core Event Tickets plugin.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Sure thing!

Our plugin creates one master calendar, but you can create the appearance of multiple calendars by using Event Categories.

    Examples:

There are additional methods and documentation at our Can You Have Multiple Calendars? KB article.

Note that this functionality is available in the free/core version of The Events Calendar. You would only need to buy one of our add-ons if you wanted those extra features (e.g. Map View from Events Calendar PRO).

Also, Event Tickets / Event Tickets Plus purchasing functionality is only available on the Single Event page.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

The only thing odd I see there is that the event’s start and end times are the same on the same day.

However, since that second screenshot shows an event without this situation, you might want to follow our general troubleshooting steps:

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

I’m glad this is resolved for you.

You could request new features (or maybe search to see if an idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Gotcha. You can uncheck “Enable the Month View Cache” at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab

Please note that threads get Closed automatically after a couple weeks of inactivity. If it does get Closed, please open a new thread, adding your current problem description and also linking back to this thread.

    Thank you!

    Great sleuthing!

I tried to recreate the issue and a checkbox field without a Label just doesn’t show up at all–on both an Event or a Page:

Please let me know your thoughts about this.

Hi, Jen. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

For event colors, The Events Calendar Category Colors exists but is a third-party plugin, not endorsed or supported by us. It works with the free The Events Calendar.

If you do decide to purchase Events Calendar PRO or one of our other add-ons, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi, Casper. Thanks for your helpful screenshot.

Event Tickets Plus’ WooCommerce tickets render the WooCommerce form.

Mathew is very helpful in general and has shared an relevant link that appears to have a CSS solution for you–thanks, Mathew!

Casper, please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi, Fernando.

    1)

It looks like you have Tribe Bar disabled in the Event Settings. Therefore, there is no header bar color HTML to target with CSS.

    2)

    This CSS should work:

    #tribe-events.view-month .tribe-events-calendar td {
    background-color: #ffffff;
    }

Please note that we do not include custom styling help per our Scope of Support / Terms, but we do try to go above-and-beyond the times we can. I just wanted to state this to ensure your expectations are in line with our level of support.

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

Each of our add-ons are separately priced–so, yes, you’d have to buy Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus and Filter Bar–unless you want to purchase one of our Product Bundles.

I do want to point out, though–as you brought up–that tickets don’t currently work as you’d expect for PRO’s Recurring Events

If you start to create a ticket for a recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:

Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.

You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.

Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tell which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.

For event colors, The Events Calendar Category Colors exists but is a third-party plugin, not endorsed or supported by us.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi, Andrew. The Events Calendar Category Colors exists, but it’s third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us. It works with the free The Events Calendar plugin so no add-on purchase is required.

Please note that you posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.

We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.

If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.
