MemberHi, Karl. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberSo really you want to block all of wp-admin except for their own events’ wp-admin Attendee Report screen?
Are you wanting them to be able to Check-In their own attendees or just view them?
Cliff
MemberHi, David.
That plugin has caused issues with ours in the past. Could you please specify which widget(s) you experienced this with — and whether or not PRO was active (since PRO swaps out the free version’s widgets with more advanced versions)?
Cliff
MemberHi, Nicolas. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
That link definitely has an issue.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Thanks for your request. This isn’t currently possible, such as via a filter.
You can see that our code at https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/4.6.1.1/src/Tribe/Attendees.php#L568 uses https://secure.php.net/manual/en/function.fputcsv.php, but we don’t have a filter for what gets sent into fputcsv()
I’ve logged this feature request with our developers for possible inclusion in a future release.

MemberHi, Rebecca. Sorry you’re not having a smooth experience.
I’m guessing you’ve already viewed https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/
Before scanning a QR code, make sure you are logged in as an Administrator… then scan.
Scanning the QR code is the same thing as clicking the “Check In” button in the wp-admin Attendees Report.
Please let me know what you find out after your additional testing.

MemberHi, Brian. If there’s a theme conflict, the issue could be anywhere, but I’d recommend looking through the theme’s code for anything that filters $wp_query — it could be that it’s intending to affect queries but isn’t limiting itself to not affect queries that aren’t its own.
Since we don’t provide support for themes other than the WordPress default themes (e.g. Twenty Fourteen, like you tested), you’ll need to contact your theme author for support on this issue if you’re unable to figure it out on your own.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff
MemberHi, Karen.
Could you please provide a .zip of the latest version of the plugin/theme you’re referring to so I can try to replicate the issue and possibly provide the code solution?
Thank you.

Really, you should contact the theme author and ask the questions from my previous reply in this thread.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff

MemberYou could ask your theme author for support how to do so for one or more of these custom post types:
- tribe_events
- tribe_organizer
- tribe_venue
P.S. Your previous reply mentioned an attachment, but it didn’t come through. Attachments do not come through via email replies; sorry if this is what happened.
