MemberI’m keeping track of these requests and will get answers to you soon.
However, could you please clarify if you still need custom styling or did you figure that part out on your own?

We released the PDF Tickets extension recently: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/
Your issue reported here should no longer be a problem if using this newly-released extension. The View and Print Tickets extension is no longer supported.
Please replace it with our new PDF Tickets extension and let us know how things go for you.

MemberMartin, I haven’t followed along each reply between you and George, but we have reached the limit of support we’re able to provide to you. As you probably know already, we don’t provide customizations for customers, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If you need further coding help, you may want to reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberUsing the uploaded .ics file, this venue got created: https://cl.ly/2G2W1P1P3p0F
Using the iCalendar URL produced the same.
If your question/concern is regarding the actual address information missing, it’s because our importing requires more precise location information for that part to work.
Once a venue is imported, it’ll be titled whatever the LOCATION field is. If the LOCATION field is a full address–and our geo lookup can locate it–then it will come through the address fields as well.
Are you planning to have full addresses instead of just city names?

MemberUnless you want to install a plugin like one of these (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us):
- https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-external-links/
- or any other you may choose
You would need to contact Avada to ask how to override this.

MemberI visited http://www.clinicianschoice.com/event/dr-harald-heymann-augusta-ga/ and clicked the Register link in the sidebar and it opened in the same window. If this isn’t what you’re referring to, please explain in further detail.

MemberHi. No. This thread will receive a reply once the fix is released.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

MemberHi. Oddly, on a different testing site, I was able to replicate this issue no matter the position of the Event Calendar widget.
While we don’t guarantee compatibility with this or other plugins, I’ve filed this bug with our developers (it’s not the only one logged with this plugin).
If this gets fixed, this thread should receive a reply to let you know.
