KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Out of the box, it’s not possible but if you are comfortable with coding you can check out our Themer’s Guide to instruct you on what templates control the different layouts.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
The PRO does not offer this either, unfortunately.

KeymasterThanks for the info.
From what I can see, it looks like there are some custom overrides with your theme. They must have some built-in functionality with our calendar. In cases like these, its most likely resolved if you update the theme to the latest version as well. If you are not able to do that then downgrade our plugins to the last version that worked with your current theme version.
Let me know how that goes and don’t forget to make a backup of your site if you decide to upgrade the theme.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Since this is a custom development task and outside of our stated scope of support, all we can really do is provide code in situations like these.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
You may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. When you create a ticket, you can add additional info however, I see that you are using an older version of Event Tickets Plus. Please update this to the latest version which is 4.8.1 and let me know if that resolves your issue.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Florian,
One other thing… can you check your views in Events ‣ Settings ‣ Display?
It looks like that may be an issue. Try enabling more views to display so that you can see the main calendar and categories.
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Florian,
What happens if you disable the Event Rocket plugin? I know that was used at one point to help point pages correctly, however, it may not be needed or may be causing a conflict and not sure if you disabled that one when you disabled all the other plugins. Once you disable it, re-save the permalinks. There is a conflict somewhere or else these pages would work. Also, do you know if you have anything added to the .htaccess file for this site?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict and looking at this page I see a few console errors with some called “fancybox”. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. A blank or broken page is most likely due to a syntax error.
Try entering in this code at the very bottom of your functions file and let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
We have this information regarding translations:
- Translating the premium plugins
- Translating The Events Calendar (free/core plugin)
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
- Customizing/Changing any bit of text (actual code snippet is at the very bottom) — or using the Say what? plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) might be easier to set up and use to do the same thing as our provided code snippet
Let me know how that goes.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
Do the tickets show they are sold out and just show on the page? Is there any custom code to add these tickets to the page?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
When you test with WP_Debug, are there any error messages?
Thanks,
