KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
This essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
I would search for an automated SQL report system that offers email capability. I found something here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/exports-and-reports/ where you can define what to export from your database and create a cron job to run the report at specific times, however, doesn’t appear to have an email option. Also, be aware this is a third-party plugin not supported by us and I have never used it so use at your own risk.
We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mock-ups) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks and cheers,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Out of the box, it’s not possible but if you are comfortable with coding you can check out our Themer’s Guide to instruct you on what templates control the different layouts.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are experiencing this issue again.
Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then paste it here for me as a private reply.
How many events, venues, and organizers do you currently have? Do you experience a slow down in performance in specific pages? Please let me know which ones.
Few articles that may be helpful: Caching: What, when and how and Caching month view HTML in transients
Finally, there is a good article George put up here that groups a set of developer plugins. It’s a bit more technical than the others but will definitely be of help if you are into development. Especially check out the cron plugin and see what jobs are running and how often.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHello Caroline,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, there is no direct way to adjust the order of custom fields in Filter Bar at the moment other than put them in alphabetical order. It may very well be possible with some custom development, but I do not have a workaround that is supported by the plugin.
I’m sorry for the news, but I hope this at least helps answer your question about the possibility of changing the order of filters.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I’d be happy to help as much possible.
Best,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
I’ve verified this looks to be similar to a couple other similar bug reports so I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

September 27, 2018 at 5:51 am in reply to: How do Categories work when adding Events to main blog loop #1632017Brendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
Since events are custom post type, they are not added to the main RSS feed.
You would need to add the events to RSS feed by adding a function to your functions.php file.
The guide I included also explains how you can add additional information into RSS like the start and end times of an event.
Once you tell WordPress to include them, they should work like your normal feed example URL.
Let me know how that goes.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing sales and considering our products.
Based on your needs, you would definitely need the Event Tickets Plus plugin. In this case, you would be creating a ticket and within that ticket, would need to create additional options for the user to choose to mix and match the combination available. It would definitely require some setup, but the cool thing is once you have a specific combo set, you can save the fields of that ticket to reuse again in the future. So initial setup would be the most involved part. We do have a premium knowledgebase and guides to help you learn how to use this plugin.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
Yes, you do need the free Events Calendar plugin installed in order for the PRO version to work. PRO adds additional functionality.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.
The simplest solution would be to use the following snippet: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Let me know how that goes.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues.
I was able to get to proceed to check screen as seen in the screenshot.
Not sure if this is resolved, but if you are still having issues… to get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.

Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues.
When I go to add a ticket, it will not let me add more than one. Normally the functionality is to add the number of tickets needed and then separate attendee info fields populate below. Do you have some customization blocking this functionality?
