Hi
We have an issue, where users can
- fill out the attendee information
- continue to checkout (we skip the cart)
- then press the back button
- fill out attendee information again, and add another attendee
- Continue to checkout, and buy the tickets
This results in two tickets being bought, but the attendee information saved is the first attendee twice, instead of the first and second attendee. It is as if the attendee information is not cleared between each submit.
Additionally, it has occurred a few times that the attendee information is blank. I’ve not been able to find anything helpful as to why that happens. Could the two errors be related?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues.
When I go to add a ticket, it will not let me add more than one. Normally the functionality is to add the number of tickets needed and then separate attendee info fields populate below. Do you have some customization blocking this functionality?
If not,to get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
