    We need to collect additional info at time of purchase and there is no attendee information field appearing on ticket dashboard.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. When you create a ticket, you can add additional info however, I see that you are using an older version of Event Tickets Plus. Please update this to the latest version which is 4.8.1 and let me know if that resolves your issue.
