KeymasterOk, thx!

KeymasterHi there,
If you are just needing free RSVP events then the free Events Tickets will work. If you need to setup quantities and actually have a ticket for each person then you will need the Events Tickets Plus.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Paul,
Thanks for emailing support. If you would like users to create tickets as well, you will need the ticket addon here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for email support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
So this event was supposed to start at 9pm?

KeymasterHi Brigitte,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for chiming in.
For the sake of keeping things clean — as your issue seems a bit different than the original — I would kindly like to ask you to open a separate topic. We will be here to help you out and you will get your own personal consultant who will be focusing on your issue.
Thanks and cheers!

KeymasterHi Rob,
You would just create an account on our site and purchase it there. You will then get access to download the plugin and install it on your WordPress site.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterOk, good to know. Keep me posted.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Jonah,
We tried to replicate the issue and we do see the same thing happening. I have created a bug ticket to address this however since its a 3rd party plugin, its priority will fall lower than bugs involving our plugin. I am going to mark this as a pending fix and we will notify you once we are able to take a look and possibly resolve this issue.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Antony,
1. Yes, if you restrict the whole site, then once some gains access, they would have access to the entire site including community events.
2. The users are created as global WordPress users.Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Guy,

KeymasterHi Jamie,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. When I look at mobile view, it looks like its working for me. This is in Google Chrome. Is this happening in a particular device only?

Thanks,
