free event with sign up and max attendees

Hello,
we are a non-profit organization and we want to organize free meetings for members. But those meetings will have a maximum number available spots due to the venues’ sizes.
So basically we need some kind of sign up (in place of buying tickets) with a max number.

I am not sure how to create that with your different add ons, if I need an add-on. Can you help me figuring that out?

Hi there,

If you are just needing free RSVP events then the free Events Tickets will work. If you need to setup quantities and actually have a ticket for each person then you will need the Events Tickets Plus.
