Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Are you able to upload this manually? To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.

Thanks for emailing sales and considering an upgrade. Its an extremely easy process. Just buy the Pro plugin and download this plugin from your account. You will then upload the Pro plugin to your website and activate it.

If not, wait til you see that green message then click “Save Changes”

You can definitely export events as an ICS file or Google calendar, however it make this work, you would need to implement some custom development to export this since there isn’t a feed url by default.

Definitely a strange issue. I see you are using two plugins in addition to our plugins. Can you disable AMP and Jetpack and see if that resolves the issue? If it does, then re enable Jetpack and check again and then re enable AMP if it still works. This will help us figure out if there is a conflict with one of those plugins. Please let me know.

Thanks for emailing support. The Google marker pin is just to mark the spot in a venue, it will not open Google. However, there should also be a link you can click to open the actual Google map which is usually located right under the address in the Avada theme.

Thanks for emailing support. Events can be exported manually or with custom development they can be export to other services however we do not have a way to integrate with Timely. This would have to been with custom development.
