KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. Sounds like you will need to do some customization to achieve your objective with our plugins. There isn’t a subscriber role to community events however you can make certain events visible to signed in users only with one of the plugins you mentioned. This isn’t supported and would require some customizing on your end. Once a user creates an account either through account registration or through purchasing an event, they will have this account in your site to use. In regards to membership price and discounts, this would be handled in the woocommerce product settings.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks, for emailing sales and considering our aggregator. Unfortunately our system is only setup to accept those payment methods.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi JD,
So the ticket is linked to the event and the customer is linked to the ticket which essentially is a Woocommerce product.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately, only one location per event so you would need to setup separate events with each location.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for the email and considering our products. Its possible to add custom fields however it would take some custom development to achieve this. We do have a list of customizers that can help out with such tasks
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Great suggestion but that is not an option out of the box unfortunately. Could be possible with some custom development if you want to find a customizer to do this for you.
Here is a list: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/

KeymasterHi Randy,
Sorry misunderstood, if its expired then you would need to purchase a new license or renew that license in order to continue its use on the new site. What you would do is go into your account and go to License Keys to remove the old domain from your license so there is not a conflict.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Randy,
Thanks for emailing support. I’ll answer your questions in order below.
1) Same license key remains
2) Yes, its possible, license is tied to the domain name.
3) You are correct, it will not download unless you specifically update it or have automatic plugin updates activated.
4) I’m not able to see what version you are using but its always a good idea to update to the latest version if possible. Keep in mind if you have any customizations that are not done through the child theme, those would be lost with any updates.Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Looks like there may be a conflict. I see you are using a Paypal extension for woocommerce and that would be the first thing I would check by deactivating it and see if the issue continues. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately, we do not control how Google will add the event to your business listing page. I would double check the requirements here to make sure the events in your Google calendar are publicly viewable: https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2673334?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

KeymasterHi Will,
Thanks for the feedback. At this point, we are in the same position as you are aware. We are continuing to work with Facebook and try to get answers or a workaround. We will keep our community up to date with any new information.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
You are correct, We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them and unfortunately we do not offer support for non-profit licenses.
However, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports and help with some basic questions. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi JD,
That is correct, one attendee is assigned for each ticket sale.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Sharing icons will be located in the event. You could use a third party plugin if you want to have a different sharing option.

KeymasterHi there,
We are not able to log into customer sites. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
