    Hello,
    I’m trying to configure a recurring event to take place at 1:30pm on Tuesday of each week, from start date A to end date B. But when I create it, it’s displaying on each day of the week. I have it set to weekly, every 1 day, at the same time.

    I realize this is a pre-sales channel, but our client is a nonprofit doesn’t have access to support I guess. Just trying to get this figured out if it’s some stupid little thing I’m not seeing. I have monthly recurring events working, but weekly does not.

    Hi there,

    You are correct, We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them and unfortunately we do not offer support for non-profit licenses.

    However, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports and help with some basic questions. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
