    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. To do this, all you have to do is remove the old domain from your account in My Account > License Keys. Then add the same license key to your new setting in Events > Settings > Licenses.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Thanks for emailing support. We do not have a method to do this however like you mention it is a product in woocommerce so with custom development it could be achieved.

    Hi there,

    We do not have a method available but I have seen other customers use Zapier. Since the attendees are stored in woocommerce as customers you may want to look for a woocommerce to salesforce zap.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. The only thing we have to import events is our aggregtor which will pull in ics files along with other things like Facebook, Meetup etc.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. Can you go into My Account > License Keys and see if your domain name is still listed? If so, disconnect it, remove the license key and then add it again and save on your WordPress site.
