KeymasterHi Mathew,
I see now what you are saying and yes that does not look good. I confirmed it is happening on our end as well and needs to be resolved. As such, I created a bug issue to get this fixed and added this ticket to the list of people to notify once it is resolved. I am not sure when they will get to this but we will notify you as soon as it is resolved.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Jorge,
Thanks for email support. Out of the box there is no solution to add this info. Since tickets are handled by Woocommerce you may want to see if there is an addon that will allow you to add custom info to the order page.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
Cheers!

KeymasterHi Kim,
Thanks for the email. Out of the box the quick answer is no, there is not a simple way. However with custom theming development you can accomplish this.
I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this.
That said, I’d be happy to at least point you in the right direction as best I can. We also have a list of freelancers who we would happily recommend for this level of help.
Cheers!

KeymasterHi Nick,
Thanks for email support.
The short answer is that I believe you can improve on the current manual removal process.
It’s hard to suggest a specific method because I am not sure how the current website is set up. But here are a few ideas to expedite the process:
- Use Product Categories or Tags (if not displayed elsewhere) to enable bulk actions such as bulk deletion.
For example, you could use a tag such as “July” on all products that are for events in July. - Use a third-party plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/smart-manager-for-wp-e-commerce/ (there are many out there) to be able to have a bit more control over product search and sorting
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

KeymasterHi Matt,
Sorry you are having issues. I am not seeing any license attached to this account. We do have a few black Friday deals going on now that you can try as well.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks,

November 21, 2017 at 9:09 pm in reply to: Fatal Error after update, Tickets_Handler.php on line 576 #1388750Brendan
KeymasterThanks for this information!
I’m admittedly quite puzzled by this because, as noted, when I do the steps to recreate this I cannot produce that fatal error no matter what I try.
I’m wondering if perhaps your system grabbed a premature version of our files in the auto-update process. ?
To be sure this isn’t a factor, here’s what I would recommend doing:
1. Make a backup of your site and database (search online for methods of doing this—there’s tons of options out there) — the next steps will not delete any data from your site, but a backup is recommended just to be safe.
2. Once you’ve got a backup, delete The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Events Calendar Pro from your site. Don’t just deactivate these plugins; delete theme.
3. Once those are deleted, download fresh copies of all of those plugins from theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
4. Install the freshly-downloaded copies on your site and activate those plugins.
5. Deactivate WooCommerce so you’re just using these plugins alongside like before, and then try activating those plugins and see if the fatal errors come back.
What do you find by doing these steps?

KeymasterHi Christian,
Sorry our plugin did not meet your needs. I have gone ahead and requested a refund. Please allow 5-7 days for it to appear on your card. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi Cynthia,
I will try and recreate this and send the results to our team to get fixed.
Once we have a solution, I will let you know.

KeymasterHi Ylice,
Ok so it could be a database issue. Definitely go ahead and remove the plugin and reinstall it. Let see if that fixes this for good. You will not lose any data by reinstalling it.
Please let me know what you find.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi Robert,
There is no way to remove this unless you do some custom modifying of our plugin. However, you can adjust the settings to not load every event. Go to Events > Settings to modify this.
- The number of events to show per page—this affects list-style views like List View, Photo View, etc.
- The number of events to show per day in Month View.
Also, you may look into page caching as well.
Let me know if adjusting your settings fixes the issue.
For your reference, here is a performance guide
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi Luther,
Sorry for the trouble here! That’s certainly bad messaging on our part and I’d be happy to help clarify things.
First off, we’re currently in the process of phasing out support for WooCommerce Tickets. The Events Calendar 4.0 has mostly dropped support for it, while we have transitioned all ticketing functionality to Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
If you are using the latest version of The Events Calendar, then I would suggest deactivating WooCommerce Tickets and installing Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus in it’s place. That will offer the same WooCommerce functionality you are looking for and ensure all the plugins are at their latest versions.
You also have the option of not installing The Events Calendar. Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus integrate with The Events Calendar but can function without it. That gives you the ability to forgo The Events Calendar altogether if you’re just looking for the ability to create tickets and sell them on any page or post.
We have a detailed post on how to make the transition from WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets Plus that you may find helpful as well.
Does this help clear things up? Let me know if you have any other questions here about the move to Event Tickets and I’d be happy to help.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Adam,
Sorry you are experiencing issues. Definitely a weird one.
Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then pasting it here for me as a private reply.
Thanks so much for your help!

KeymasterHi Beth,
Sorry you are having issues upgrading. When you go to My Account > License Keys, are you clicking the Upgrade Agency link? This should take you to your cart with the product and next to product it will say (upgrade). Make sure you go to your cart first and delete anything in the cart before doing this process.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi, Tomas.
We do not claim any specific integration with Visual Composer or any other page builder. However, you could use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes with pretty much any other plugin.
We recently released this new feature, which may be just what you’re asking for: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks,
Brendan
