    I see what you are saying and technically it should be allowed based on our guidelines. I don’t have the ability to find out exactly what is happening but I am escalating your ticket not to the appropriate team to investigate this further. I will update you as soon as we have it figured out.

    Hi Matt,

    If you click on My Account you scroll down til you see Recent Orders and then click on your order number. This will give you the option to print out a pdf of the receipt.

    Hi Myla,

    I see now what is happening. Its because the renewal has grace period as passed so that is why the coupons do not work. Unfortunately I do not have another coupon that would work at this time.

    Thanks for the response and I indeed acknowledge this a dire situation for you. I will make sure we move this up in the queue to keep an eye on. In regards to the issue, its not a common one so we need some more info to figure out exactly what is going on. When you are getting this error, what role are you using? If you are using admin, then lets move to next step, if not switch to an admin user to see if this issue persists. If you are already admin, turn off plugins and only keep the Events Calendar Pro active and the Events Calendar and switch your theme to the 2017 theme to see if the problem persists. If you do not want to do this on a live site, you will need to make a clone of this site and test it with the default 2017.

    Hi Rhonda,

    Those are common queries that need to be run to gather your info, however they are taking a while, more than usual. In regards to the 404 errors, you may want to look into a redirection plugin to handle any pages that are no longer on your site.

    Hi Michael,

    Sorry for the delayed response. We have been trying to figure out what is wrong with the license. In regards to how it was activated. Since it is a multisite, was this activated in the network or activated on each site individually? If it was not activated on a network, level can you try deactivating it and activate it at the network level?

    Hi Diana,

    Thanks for emailing support. Out of the box and with out free plugins, this is not an option. You can get email notifications to the organizer, however it would require installing an unsupported extension when you have a pro license.

    Hi Sharon,

    Thanks for the email and sorry to hear you are having issues.

    You can safely deactivate our plugins or even delete them and reactivate them safely. All of your event and setting data will be saved in your database still.

    Hi Martin,

    Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    If you change your WordPress general settings to a different timezone, does ticket stay there?

    If yes, what if you change your WordPress general settings from what its at currently to match your timezone where the event takes place? It gets tricky if the event is in another timezone.

    Could you please link me to the event from your screenshot and also to where I can see this in action?

    Hi Shaw,

    Thank you so much for being so thorough in your initial post and including the example troublesome query. We do have a few Knowledgebase articles geared towards performance which I’ll link to below. We are always looking for ways to optimize our coding methods, but ultimately, site performance is up to the site owner/manager.

    I can personally attest that speed/performance is one of (if not) the most challenging aspects to web development. From your server configuration, hosting provider, themes, plugins, external scripts, it never really ends!     Sorry there isn’t a better solution at this point. Assigning categories to woocommerce would be an additional function of custom code as well. I can definitely help with that if you decided to use this platform. If you feel its not going to work, we can give you a full refund as long as its within 30 days of purchase.
