we’ve observed that our ticket sales disappeared from our event pages on the day of the event already several hours before the start of the event. We actually always left the start sale date and end sale date empty. Looking into those settings now, we can see that it automatically sets the end sale date to the end time of the event. This would actually be exactly what we want. However, it doesn’t seem to work as expected. Both the events time zone and the WordPress time zone are the same (Zurich).
It’s quite strang that this isn’t working properly since the rest of the events calendar seems to be using the correct time zone (e.g. events always disappear from the upcoming event list views at the correct time, etc…).
Our workaround has been, to simply change the end sale date to one day after the scheduled event but it is a hassle to always do this manually.
