ParticipantMy event calendar plugin is saying that I’m out of installs but my subscription should cover the site. The key is installed correctly and it doesn’t expire until June 2018. Can someone help me fix this issue?
Thanks

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for the message and sorry you are having issues with the license. Looking at your account, I can a few licenses and one is expired. Do me a favor and go into My Account > License Keys and you may just need to copy the license from your multisite license that appears to be active. If you are planning on renewing the other license, you can do that there as well.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantWe have the correct key in there and we’re still getting the message of out of installs.

KeymasterHi Michael,
Can you trying removing the license and save your settings then re-add the license? I do see its active.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
Brendan

ParticipantAny updates about this? We’re still getting this error and I have 60 sites that can’t use the pro features.

KeymasterHi Michael,
Sorry for the delayed response. We have been trying to figure out what is wrong with the license. In regards to how it was activated. Since it is a multisite, was this activated in the network or activated on each site individually? If it was not activated on a network, level can you try deactivating it and activate it at the network level?
Thanks,
Brendan

ParticipantThese are installed on each site individually because we have sites on our multisite that shouldn’t have this plugin activated. Network activating is not a solution for us.

KeymasterHi Michael,
I see what you are saying and technically it should be allowed based on our guidelines. I don’t have the ability to find out exactly what is happening but I am escalating your ticket not to the appropriate team to investigate this further. I will update you as soon as we have it figured out.
Thanks,
Brendan
