KeymasterHi Sharon,
Sorry you are having issues with the stock on event tickets. Thanks for your system info. I see you are using The Events Calendar 4.6.4. Can you update to the latest version of 4.6.5?
If that doesn’t work, have you been able to try out our standard troubleshooting steps?
Please let me know what you find.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi Rhonda,
Sorry you are experience performance issues.
You might want to ask your host about setting up object caching (memcached or similar) and query caching; we cannot advise how to set such things up.
Another idea is to remove (i.e. “clean up”) expired/unneeded event posts (including revisions if you have those enabled).
We also have a Performance Considerations KB article that may offer some guidance.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi Michael,
Can you trying removing the license and save your settings then re-add the license? I do see its active.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

Brendan
KeymasterHi Tamara,
Maybe auto renewal is on because you should be able to delete it. Can you go to My Account License Keys and turn off automatic renewal for your subscription?
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi Luther,
I see. Lets try this the. I see you are using version 4.6.3. The latest version is 4.6.5. Can you update? If it doesn’t give you the option, you can go into your account and Go to My Account > Downloads and download a copy. Remove the old copy and install this new one.
Lets see how this goes.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Erlend,
In that case, can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi Cynthia,
This is weird for sure and thanks for the heads up. I will let our dev team know to check it out and get it fixed. I do not see any notes on the post you referenced on it being fixed. I am trying to reproduce the issue. Can you tell me what browser you are using?
Thanks for your time!

KeymasterHi Cheryl,
I see. In regards to disabling wp-cron, did this issue start after this? Unfortunately I am not able to get a login for your site.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Whitney,
Are you able to see it now?
thanks
Brendan
KeymasterHi Cheryl,
I do see you have a lot of history with us and we truly appreciate your business. We have ruled out the settings issues. Now we want to do the following:
Does this issue happen on new events as well or just old ones? In the past we had an issue with exclusion rules however that was fixed in after version 4.4. If you skipped a version on the update it may have caused this issue.
The only workaround for these would be:
– delete all exclusions and then re-save the event (takes a lot of time)
OR
– simply delete the event series and re-create itUnfortunately no matter which option you choose, its going to take some time and I apologize I don’t have a better answer.
And I see you switched over cron but does the wp-cron still worK?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterAnytime Casey,
Thanks again!
