It totally depends on our marketing campaign at the time. However usually they will send out an incentive to renew but I can’t guarantee that because it can easily change.

I have no clue what I was thinking. Trying to multitask and get to our customers and for some reason I thought you were referring to something else. In any case, you are exactly right and I apologize. Most likely not an issue with site, but can you go to the Mens tab and select “Screen Options” at the top right. If its not checked, thats your issue. If it is we will need to do further troubleshooting. Let me know what you find.

Thanks for the info. So it looks like it may just be a setting. To make sure go to Events > Settings > General Tab and look for something that says “Create recurring events in advance for” and you can set that to however many months in the future you would like.

Our plugins do work with the latest version of WooCommerce. Updating however can always be tricking especially when dealing with many plugins on your site. Best solution is to have a staging site where you can update it in a development environment and then test for errors if any. If all is clear, then you can update on your live site. If you can’t do a staging site, then its crucial you make a backup of your site files and database. The known issue we are having is in regards to WooCommerce and an plugin called Advanced Custom Fields and I see you are not using Advanced Custom Fields.

Thanks for the link. Try this, go into MyAccount > License Keys > Purchase next to the product. Then on the the right you can enter the renewal coupon code which is renewal10

Thanks for the email. Venue will not show as an option in the menu however you can easily add them by selecting “Custom” and then just add the URL to your venue.

Looks like your versions of Events Calendar are correct, however both of the Events Tickets plugins should be updated to version 4.6.

In regards to getting a promo, it sometimes automated. I would wait until you are closer to the renewal date to see if our system sends you out a coupon. Unfortunately I do not have a renewal coupon at this time.
