KeymasterHi Kim,
Thanks for the question. You can add multiple event tickets to an event but their is now way for someone to choose their seat from a map like you would a concert. However, you can add a map of the bus seats and have them labeled and then create a ticket with 1 quantity for each seat. You would need the Event Tickets Plus plugin to do this. If for some reason it doesn’t work as expected, we do offer a full refund within 3o days.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Joe,
Sorry you have having issues. So when you go to My Account > License Keys and click “Disconnect Now”, what happens exactly? Are you able to provide a screenshot of this page?
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHey there Justin!
Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help and copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then pasting it here for me as a private reply.
Thanks so much for your help

KeymasterHi Megan,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets Plus, you can set up discount codes right through WooCommerce by going to WooCommerce Settings<Coupons. Customers can then enter those discount codes at checkout when they purchase their tickets.
I hope this helps to answer your questions! Please let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Lauren,
Thanks for the questions. I’ll answer them in order.
- To accept payment you will need Events Tickets Plus
- Yes, you can generate reports on an event or ticket specific basis
- Events Tickets isn’t compatible with recurring events. You would have to manually setup the event each time if it has a ticket attached.
- Currently there is no way for us to setup recurring subscription payments, however the ticket does go into Woocommerce as a product so I’ve see other customers add the Woocommerce subscription addon. I’m not sure if it just needs configuring or more customer development and we do not support it if you end up going that route.
Also, keep in mind if you purchase these products and they are not working as expected, feel free to request a refund within 30 days and we will refund the entire amount.
Hope that answers your questions!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Lisa,
Thanks for the question!
With the Community tickets addon you can split ticket revenue with the organizer. You can read all its features here https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/
Hope that answers your question!

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Updating should be okay. However to be sure, can you share your system info? This way I can do a few checks and see if there is an foreseen compatibility issues. As with any update you always want to make sure you make a backup of your files and database in case some breaks.
You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then pasting it here for me as a private reply.
Thanks so much for your help!

KeymasterHi Whitney,
Sorry you are having troubles with the link. I can help. First can you send me the link that you were given?

KeymasterHi Erikk,
Deleting The Events Calendar or its add-on plugins will NOT delete any of your data if you delete it via the WordPress plugin manager because that’s how we’ve decided to code our plugin.
FYI: deleting any plugin via FTP or cPanel’s File Manager (i.e. deleting just the files from the server) will also ensure a plugin gets deleted (if you delete the entire plugin folder) without removing any data from the database. This can sometimes be helpful to know in cases where a plugin does run an uninstall routine to delete data (again, our plugins do not run such a routine at this time and probably never will).
You can also see the difference when you click to delete a plugin, like this.
