FB Events- Retrieve by city/state name. Possible?

I am developing a site for events using facebook exclusively. It covers events for 36 towns/cities. I am using a plug in that advertised being able to locate events via city name and state searches. The searches do not product all the events for a city to be imported. About 50% are missed.

I need a plugin where I can identify the city I want events for and they are pulled into a queue for approval. I don’t want to deal with individual IDs and importing because every update I do produces hundreds of results. Grabbing each of these IDs and importing by hand takes days. It takes me 3 days a week to update doing it that way.

Does your product import ID by ID or can it search FB and produces results for approval and importing?

Hope this makes sense. I need another solution.
