ParticipantI’m just checking before updating… I remember a while back there was an issue with upgrading WC, so I stayed with WC 3.1.2. Now they are up to WC 3.2.3. Can I upgrade safely? Are there any known issues?
Also I see there are updates for TEC regular (underlying obviously to the Tickets Plus)… I just want to be certain it’s okay to update it all and not lose functionality for anything.
Thank you!

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Updating should be okay. However to be sure, can you share your system info? This way I can do a few checks and see if there is an foreseen compatibility issues. As with any update you always want to make sure you make a backup of your files and database in case some breaks.
You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then pasting it here for me as a private reply.
Thanks so much for your help!

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Our plugins do work with the latest version of WooCommerce. Updating however can always be tricking especially when dealing with many plugins on your site. Best solution is to have a staging site where you can update it in a development environment and then test for errors if any. If all is clear, then you can update on your live site. If you can’t do a staging site, then its crucial you make a backup of your site files and database. The known issue we are having is in regards to WooCommerce and an plugin called Advanced Custom Fields and I see you are not using Advanced Custom Fields.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Brendan
