We recently moved our site from development to live but now I can’t use the license key on the live site. I tried following the instructions here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/ however after I disconected the site I don’t get an option to put in the new site URL. How do I fix this?
Sorry you have having issues. So when you go to My Account > License Keys and click “Disconnect Now”, what happens exactly? Are you able to provide a screenshot of this page?
Strangely enough, when I logged in this morning to get a screen shot it looks like our site had automatically connected. I don’t know how that happened, but all is well! Thanks!
