Ticket setup does not appear, only New RSVP

    I purchased Event Ticket Plus but when I create a new event, I do not see the option to set up the ticket options. From looking at some videos on your site, this option is suppose to be within the ticket meta box next to the New RSVP option. I do not see it there, I only see New RSVP and not the New Ticket option. When viewing my Event Add-Ons, it lists Event Ticket Plus as my installed add-on. I also have it activated and the licence key entered in correctly. Please advise as soon as possible.

    Upon further testing, I was not able to get it to work. I have selected another plugin which meets the need. As I just purchased this plugin a few hours ago, can I please be refunded the cost aND have my licence canceled?
