    Can you you try deleting the plugin completely from the wp-admin and uploading through FTP?

    Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Hi Ann,

    Thanks for email support. In your case the best and least expensive option would be to buy the event aggregator and the events calendar pro. Then you would setup a category for each business and import events into that category. Once you purchase the plugins, we have a knowledge base to help with this. If for whatever reason this does not work, we do offer a 30 day refund.

    Hi Guy,

    Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket.

    Send me what errors you are receiving and also I would completely remove the EA plugin and reinstall it before doing this just in case there is a corrupted file.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for the info. Looking at the info, I am not seeing anything that would stand out as an issue. However, I am getting another dev to look at this. In the meantime, how many events do you have on the site in total?

    Also, Is wpengine able to look at php memory limits when you go to the event page to see if you are maxing that out?
