KeymasterHi Christopher,
Thanks for the screenshot. What happens if you remove that rewrite rule? Is the problem resolved?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Deb,
Looks like Latoya took care of this.
Please let us know if we can do anything else for you.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Christian,
My apologies. If its a ics file or similar structure then yes. Unfortunately a json file will not work. I added the URL to my test aggregator and this is the error.

Hope that helps!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Guy,
The release is stable but I do agree it seems to be an issue with the plugin. So, lets do this.Completely remove the plugin. Just go into wp-admin > plugins and delete it. This will keep your settings intact because database is still there.
Then reinstall a fresh copy.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi John,
If you just need the events functionality the calendar will do. If you are trying to import events from outside sources like Facebook then you will need the aggregator as well. You can always on on plugins after the fact.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Deb,
Thanks for the email. Unfortunately there is no way to convert these to a bundle after the fact. The only option would be to cancel and refund and then buy the bundle but that may be more of a hassle than what you would save.
Let me know what you would like to do.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks for the email. Its extremely easy to upgrade in your account. On the My Account page you can select the upgrade to Agency and pay the difference. Thats it!
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks for email support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Christian,
Hey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Georg,
Thanks for email support. We provide the plugins only and support on those plugins. Unfortunately we do not have a full service operation with server support.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Helen,
If you don’t already, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see.
Please let me know what you find out.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Guy,
Its okay that you have the message, that just means you cannot upgrade it. The calendar will still function for you.
Thanks,
