    Hello!

    I was getting ready to renew my events calendar pro license when I noticed a price increase. It looks like the renewal discount I’ve always received in the past is no longer available.

    This wouldn’t be a huge deal, but I’ve already billed my client for subscription (it’s set up in an auto-billing system), which means I’m going to have to eat the difference myself OR look like an idiot in front of my client if I want to recover the cost.

    I guess it would have been nice to be notified that the renewal discount we’ve become used to would be discontinued or something to avoid this situation.

    Can you tell me the price you are seeing and how much you billed your client?

    Thank you for your quick response! I billed my client at last year’s rate ($75), but this year I had to renew at $89.00 (Order #1412660).

    Ah! Sorry, I can’t do anything if its been renewed already. I can ask tomorrow to see if we can do something but I do not have that power. I will let you know.
