MemberOk it looks like we removed the query I was checking on in 3.10.
You can try adding this:
<?php if ( $wp_query->query_vars['is_tribe_widget'] == 1 ) { ?>
<span class="fn org tribe-venue"><?php echo tribe_get_venue_link(); ?></span>
<?php } ?>Under this:
<div class="tribe-events-location">And add this:
global $wp_query;Under this:
$multiple_organizers = count( $organizer_ids ) > 1;Unfortunately, that will show in both the mini calendar and event list widget as they use the same template. To prevent duplicates in the list view I would uncheck that box in the widget settings for the venue name.
Let me know if that helps with this and we can move on to the next issue with the 29th and 30th events.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Not sure why it would do that. That is all WordPress’s coding to check for updates.
We are releasing a new release soon to 4.0.7 to fix some bugs, maybe it will stop after that.
Let me know if it does not.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
That ticket image is suppose to show on the Ticket Emails only.
Is that where you are not seeing it?
If so do you have any script or coding on the server that would prevent image downloads (hotlinking) from outside the website?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

I am not seeing any other reports of this. It could be a bad update, but not sure why that would happen everytime.
Can you please share your system info and we can get this resolved with you.

This step here should still work:
Did you try adding it to that template and it did not work>

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help resolve this with you.
Please note the license keys are not needed for the plugin to work, they are only needed for automatic updates, but it is also something we would like to resolve if you are having issues.
To get some information about the issue can you please try downloading this simple plugin called Validate URL:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/uwtntzssi47tkmi/validate-url-.7.zip?dl=0
After Activating go to Tools > Validate URL
Enter in these two urls:
As well as these two IP addresses:
And let me know the response code you get.
If none of those are able to connect it means the site is blocked from accessing our servers and you would have to whitelist those ip addresses or check the connection if no sites are accessible such as https://google.com from the validator url check.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberNot sure about time or pricing it depends on the developer a good one could charge more, but do it faster so hard to say.
It is an advanced customization so it would take a good programmer to be able to do it.
We have this list of people that might be able to help out:

MemberOk thanks
By default we do not have sidebars for the single events so that is being put there by your theme.
Have you tried this guide to moving the form:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/
Maybe you can use that to remove it from the sidebar and leave it in the other two areas.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Many times the issue is saving before a valid message is shown, so the key saves, but it is not saving that it is valid.
Can you please confirm you are following all these steps:
Visit License Tab
Enter License Key
You get a Green License Valid Message
After you get the message you are then clicking “Save Changes”
Then you get a “License key(s) updated.” message near the top of the page. Also you can can always download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and use this guide for manual updates:
Let me know if it is not working after following those steps and we can do some troubleshooting steps next.
Thanks
Brian
