Looking for a mix of map and list views

We really like the “list” view for the events – grouped by month, and all events visible regardless if they have a location or not (we have mostly in-person events, but also some online events that do not have a phyiscal location)

But we also need to have the map on top, like on map view, for those events that do have a location.

So, is there any good way to mix both on *one* view? Asking users to switch between both views is not an option – it’s too confusing.

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here.

We do not have a feature to combine views as you like.

It is possible with a customization, but for the most part that is beyond the support we can provide.

That is a good place to start. Otherwise there is not much else we can provide to get you started on a customization of this size, but I can try to answer some more questions.

Thanks Brian. I thought that would be the case.

I know it’s hard to say, but how much time do you think would a developer who’s already familiar with the product take to accomplish this? 2, 10 or 20 hours? Just a ballpark feeling, I won’t quote you on it ever, no worries.

That would help us a lot in making a decision on whether to investigate this further.

Not sure about time or pricing it depends on the developer a good one could charge more, but do it faster so hard to say.

It is an advanced customization so it would take a good programmer to be able to do it.
