MemberSure we can take care of this. To request a refund please follow our policy outlined here:
And we can take care of it. Thanks
Brian
MemberOk that is strange it shows -13 in Event Tickets Plus. I have not run into that before.
As a temporary measure have you tried changing that number to 4 and resaving the ticket? That is not ideal, but it could be a temporary fix.
For those tickets too, did you have any refunds or manual orders? Or was everything done through the normal process?
As for stock issues we are revamping the entire system for 4.1 to help better define stock and it includes adding a global stock system per event, which we are working to release later this month.
Let me know and we can go from here.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the late reply here.
I see that event. Is both the start and end time 12:00am?
I do not think the venue is causing this.
It might be out system not knowing how to read an event that starts and ends at 12am.
It might be possible to create a custom script on your site to change it to an all day event so it at least shows there. It would have to run after the import so it does it everytime.
If you change one of those events temporary to an all day event does it then show?

MemberHi,
Can you provide the css you are using for the titles. I can try to come up with some suggestions on how to do what you are trying to do.
I also noticed a bunch of !important in the css. I can have suggestions on how to reduce or eliminate using that as that can tend to cause styling issues as it is hard to figure out what is overruling what.
Let me know.

MemberHi,
Not sure what we can do to help here that is all run through WordPress for the Free Version of the Events Calendar. So it would be on WordPress’s side causing the issue.
If you would like help can you provide your system info following this guide in a private reply.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also, you could run through these testing for conflicts guide and see if that narrows it down to a cause:
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
I am not sure why it would be that way.
If so I would just edit the text directly in this template where you edited the right arrows?:
yourtheme/tribe-events/list/single-event.php
Does that work for this time at least?
Brian
MemberAre all the order completed in WooCommerce for this ticket?
Brian
MemberHave you updated to the latest version (4.0.7)? We did work on the coding for this section and that was suppose to fix it.
If you are still having the issue it might be a something we have not found to cause this.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk thanks for that. I tested on my site and the image is working for me there.
So not sure what the issue is right away.
Are you able to take a screenshot of the email without the ticket image and we can go from there.
Thanks.
Brian
MemberOk I assigned to Nico and he will respond as soon as he can.
Thanks
Brian
MemberSince the our plugin does not have a way to handle a time TBD that looks to be causing the issue.
If you can set it as an All Day Event it should show then, is that possible?

MemberI sorry about that.
Brook is out due to illness.
I found you order and have refunded it.
It will appear back in your account usually in 5 to 10 days.
You should have notification that it is already refunded though.
Thanks
Brian
MemberYeah I meant to link to this one:
Sorry about that.
If you want to remove the double right arrows you have to change the template following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Following that you want to move this tempalte:
plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php
to your theme:
yourtheme/tribe-events/list/single-event.php
Then you will want to delete this:

MemberHI,
You can always downgrade a plugin following this guide:
You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and older versions of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
As for the css, where are you saving the css changes you are making?
Do you have some examples of issues?
Also, by default our plugin generally outputs like the demo site:
Brian
MemberOk glad one things is moving forward.
For those two events not showing.
If you change the start time does that help?
What is the start and end time for the events as they are?
Also, what is your End of Day Cutoff setting:
Events > Settings > General Tab > “End of day cutoff”
Thanks
