    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    Have you tried this:

    [tribe_mini_calendar count=”0″]

That should hide the list under there and instead open day view when a date is clicked.

    Does that work?

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

We do not have a feature to do numbered pagination and we are limited by our terms and conditions on supporting features outside of what the plugins ship with.

There are WordPress functions that might help out, but not sure if they will work on a event date based query.

    This is the WordPress function:

    https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/paginate_links

And you can modify our templates following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions, but we are limited in providing much more then this.

    Thanks

    Hi Richard,

Sorry for the mix up here. I can help out.

We can process a refund if you like following this policy:

    Refund Policy

Or if you like I can just generate a Pro license for you in your account and remove the duplicate Event Tickets Plus.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins and for using Pro. I can answer your questions.

Event Tickets Plus is a separate plugin from Pro and has to be purchased as such:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

We currently only have shortcodes for the Pro Widgets.

It could be possible to create a shortcode to display the information you like, but nothing we have to provide support on unfortunately.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

We have this snippet to making the change:

    https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/ec0756a728a65dec0266

Add that snippet in your theme’s functions.php to change the wording or blank it out to remove.

Let me know how that works out.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry about the confusion here. The product is still supported, but all new features will be in Event Tickets Plus.

I can create an Event ticket Plus License for your account if you like instead of having to do a refund.

If you would like to go the refund route, please follow our policy outlined here:

    Refund Policy

And we can take care of it. Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for trying out our plugin.

We do not have a export to pdf feature. It might be possible with a customization, but it is not something we can provide support on.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

We currently have no features for a master or global stock per event.

However, that is a feature of 4.1, which we are working to have release in the middle or later part of this month.

I believe we will have the release candidates out soon that you could start using to test if it will work for you.

That will be available in your account downloads once it is ready.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

It is not possible to automatically import from any Facebook User.

That is a limitation of the Facebook API and not something we can change.

We also do not have any feature to import from the front end.

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

Have you tried using the category system for this?

By default the plugin creates the event views(month, list, map, photo, etc) for each event category.

So if you have a category called lettuce you can see all the views here:

    yoursite.com/events/category/lettuce/

That could be a way to do this.

The Filter Bar does create links you could link to for each sub organization if they are a category too, but the link is not as pretty.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

If you can create an iCal File you could use the iCal Importer to import events into the Events Calendar. It could also be done with a csv file.

    As for this:

Another functionality they have asked for is to have a button on each event, that the staff could select it and say that they are available to work on this day?

It might be possible with a customization, but it is not a feature we have and can support.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Having said that I would check your caching or minify plugins as that tends to cause the issue. Clearing the cache might fix it.

    Thanks again!
