    Hello,

To import and export Events, Organizers, and Venues, it is true there is no way to do it right now, except with the CSV importer.

However, Events are Custom Post Types so you can use WordPress Export Tools to export any of the three and then use the WordPress Importer on another site to Import them.

Here are some links to help you out.

Please note, If you are not importing everything(all posts, pages, etc) from site to site it will not take the features images, but everything else will be there. That is a limitation from WordPress, there maybe other solutions you can find to get around that.

Let me know if that answers your question or you need something else.

    Hi,

The WooCommerce Tickets Functionality is not include with a Pro License and all the Add Ons only require the free Events Calender.

So if you only want the features in the WooCommerce Tickets you can just purchase that.

    Thanks!

    Hi Linda,

Let me help you out with this. I was able to replicate the issue when I “completed an order” a specific way, so maybe we had the same instinct.

My first instinct was to use the Order Actions on the Right to complete an order, but that does not change the order status on the left, all it does is send a notification of completed order.

I was able to do it by changing the order status in the order(or by using bulk edits in the list view).

    So, as a possible fix,

Please go to WooCommerce->Orders and click on one of the orders that is not showing in the attendees for the Event.

Check the Order Status of the Left.

    woo-tickets-order-status

If it is set to processing, it will not show in the Attendees List.

Change that Order Status on the left to completed and then Click Save Order.

Then, Check to see if the order is now showing in the Attendees List.

Let me know if that resolves your issue or follow the articles and videos below to see if you can find a conflict.

Please look at the New User Primer for WooTickets and confirm the settings are all in place:

As for checking for conflicts, please use the methods outlined here:

    Thanks!

Hi, I can help point you in the right direction for this.

Events behave is a similar way to WordPress Posts so you can use the Author Meta Box to select an “Owner” for an Event.

There are two places in events to change the Author:  Quick Edit and the Edit Page.

If you click on Quick Edit in the Event List look for the Author Dropdown and select the Author you would like, then update.

On the edit page look for the Author Meta Box, change accordingly, and update. If you do not see it, look in the Screen Options to see if it is checked.

    Thanks!

Hi, sorry you are having issues, lets see how I can help to get it fixed.

    I visited your site @  http://www.fringeopen.com/

I am able to see the Event’s Page, change the views and visit a single event without issue.

So, can you please confirm that is the website you are having an issue on.

Also, one way to resolve the issue without more information would be to deactivate The Events Calendar and the Add Ons, then remove all the plugins and duplicate directories you found for the Events Calendar Only. Then reinstall all the Events Calendar plugins with new copies and reactive.  All your Events and Settings will be there, but please make sure to backup your site beforehand.

Let me know if that helps or the issue remains and we can try something else.

    Thanks!

Hi, I am glad to see you were able to fix the Issue.

Since the issue is resolved I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.

    Thanks!
