MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing Facebook Importer. Pro is not required for Facebook Importer to work.
If a plugin does require another paid plugin it is listed on the products page such as with Community Tickets.
I can help you get Facebook Importer working.
Have you followed the steps in our new user primer to try and get it working:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-facebook-events/
If so let me know where you are stuck and we can go from here.
Thanks

March 8, 2016 at 6:04 pm in reply to: Any Shortcode to control where Event Details and Venue Details appear? #1086479Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the late reply.
We do not provide any support on customizations that includes documentation. We may have some articles in our knowledge base to help out, but from there you have to take it from there. We only support features as they ship with the plugin.
This is an example of the mini calendar in the right sidebar:
http://wpshindig.com/event-widgets/
It is not the same as the Month View you linked too.
We do not have shortcodes for the main views such as Month, List, Map,etc..

MemberOk I generate the license for you. You should now see that in your account.
Let me know if you do not.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues with the duplicates here. I thought we released a fix for this, but not sure what happened.
Anyway, this patch can help today until 4.1, which will be out in a couple weeks.
Please replace the contents of this file:
the-events-calendar-facebook-importer\src\Tribe\Importer.php
With this
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/b1180c6366e10875ad80
I believe that will stop the issue, but if not let us know and if we can get more information to replicate the problem and then fix it.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for that if the connection is timing out it might have a block at your server that could be causing this.
Are you able to contact your host to see if they are seeing something block this on their end?

March 7, 2016 at 8:57 am in reply to: Is it possible to add event category name to list view (like by the date)? #1085890Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
It could be possible to modify the List view to add the categories, but not something we can support.
We have our themer’s guide to modifying our templates:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
And the event categories are a custom taxonomy: tribe_events_cat
Using that you could add the names yourself.
Cheers

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do not have a Wait List or Reminder Email Features for our plugins.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
Tickets made in WooCommerce have to use the WooCommerce checkout process to work.
Right now that accepts both products and tickets to be bought at the same time as tickets themselves are products just with modifications.
It maybe be possible to restrict to buy one of the other at a time, but that is nothing we have information on to provide unfortunately.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
