    I have been using the free version of The Events Calendar on my site. I purchased a license for the Facebook Importer add-on, but I cannot install it. Do you require your customers to purchase a Pro license to utilize any paid add-ons? If so, why isn’t this made clear anywhere on your site?

    Hi,

    Thanks for purchasing Facebook Importer. Pro is not required for Facebook Importer to work.

    If a plugin does require another paid plugin it is listed on the products page such as with Community Tickets.

    I can help you get Facebook Importer working.

    I’m currently running the most recent versions of The Events Calendar, but I am still unable to view the ‘Licenses’ tab in the settings. What else might be the conflict?

    I do not see Facebook Importer in the plugin list.

    Have you downloaded the zip file and uploaded and activated it in your site?

    Can you confirm you see this in your plugins listing with both activated:

    Tribe active plugins
