    Brook offered to refund my client’s Purchase of E Tickets Plus in order to purchase the Community Manager Bundle. This was two nights ago. We need the Bundle to be able to finish our work. We can’t go any further until we have purchased the Bundle, and my client (Doug) doesn’t want to purchase the Bundle until he is refunded for E Tickets Plus, understandably.

    Brook is out due to illness.

    I found you order and have refunded it.

    It will appear back in your account usually in 5 to 10 days.

    You should have notification that it is already refunded though.
