Event Ticket Header Image Not AShowing

Hi,

None of the image that I upload for the ticket header are displayed anywhere?
An example is: http://catthorpemanor.co.uk/images/screenshot.jpg

I assume these are supposed to appear in the email the customer received when they have placed an order?

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

That ticket image is suppose to show on the Ticket Emails only.

Is that where you are not seeing it?

If so do you have any script or coding on the server that would prevent image downloads (hotlinking) from outside the website?

Yes that’s right, it’s not appearing in emails that go out to customers when they have purchased a ticket.

Ok thanks for that. I tested on my site and the image is working for me there.

So not sure what the issue is right away.

Are you able to take a screenshot of the email without the ticket image and we can go from there.
