update to 4.0.6 broke everything

When I updated to the latest version 4.0.6, I get a white page. When I checked the apache log, I see this line
PHP Fatal error: include_once() [function.include-once]: Cannot redeclare class tribe__events__bar in /myhost/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Autoloader.php on line 140
This seems to happen when I update the events calendar. I did update both the free one and the pro version to the latest, and got this. I’m not sure what to about it.

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I am not seeing any other reports of this. It could be a bad update, but not sure why that would happen everytime.

Can you please share your system info and we can get this resolved with you.
